Davis Family

I've been so swamped I haven't been able to update the blog as I normaly do. I took these pics back in April of the Davis girls. They are so cute together in their matching sun dresses. We had so much fun running around the park (yes literally running around).
I highly recommend bringing bubbles. They are entaining and kids get this look of wonder in their eyes.

John and Wendy

John and Wendy were married on April 25 at the Chapel at Chestnut Square in McKinney. The reception was held in Garland.

If anyone is looking for a small white chapel to get married in, we defiantly recommend this location. The chapel is very small and intimate but super cute.

John and Wendy included their children in the lighting of the unity candle. I also like it when children are included in the ceremony. It always makes it extra special.
This couple was so cute. They really "got into" the kiss at the end of the ceremony.

What is great about having 2 shooters at a wedding is while one of us is taking the formals the other can take candid shots. We can then provide great shots like the ones above.

Wendy is the coolest. The flower girls were eyeing the cake but were behaving and not touching. Up comes Wendy and swipes some frosty off. Her two daughters are lucky to have some an awesome mom.

It was a pleasure to photograph this wedding. Small weddings can have so much meaning to them and above all they are about love.

Congrats to John and Wendy.

The Myatts

I recently traveled to Lubbock for a bridal session (sorry can't show those yet). I stayed with my really good friends Dean and Jessica. Their two children recently celebrated their birthdays and Jessica wanted to take some pictures with their new birthday outfits. They looked so cute.
Here are some of my favorite pictures.

Curt and Nicole

These two have to be the cutest couple ever. It is always such a joy to photograph couples who are head over heels in love. We had so much fun and the weather was perfect.

They picked one of my favorite spots to do their pictures. There are so many options.

Curt and Nicole are getting married in Lubbock this August. I can't wait. These two have to be one of my favorite couples this year.

Benoit Family

I recently traveled up to Kansas to spend time with my family. It was a good time even though it was due my grandfather going into hospice care. We all made the best of it. My cousin and his wife and little one came down. We did a small family session and this was extra special because I've never done a session in snow before.

This is one of my favorite shots. Jered's little girl is so cute.

Hazel enjoying the snow. She didn't know what to think

Rich and Jennifer

Rich and Jennifer were married on Feburary 28 at the Legacy Church in Plano. These two had so much love and support for their wedding. They are truly an amazing couple.

Jennifer made such a stunning bride. Her dress was gorgeous. One of my favorite pictures is the one above with the dress blowing around her.

I loved the candy buffet they had and so did all the wedding guests, especially the kids.

Congratulations Rich and Jennifer and we wish you years of happiness.

Al and Diana

Al and Diana were married on Feburary 7. Their wedding was our first for the year. This was a great way to start off the 2009 wedding season.

Diana is such a classic beauty. Her skin is flawless. I just loved the hairsyle she choose and her styliest and Dear Clark did an amazing job.
The honorary flower girl. She didn't actually attend the ceremony, but how cute is this.

Al and Diana were married at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Dallas. The church is just amazing.

Al and Diana had their wedding reception at the French Room in the Adolphus. They did an amazing job and the food was to die for.

I just loved Al and Diana's wedding cake. Not to mention is was delicious. There was a layer of Bailey's Irish Creme.

After the wedding reception, we took Al and Diana around the Adolphus to take some amazing pics. I recommend this to all brides and grooms. You get some amazing shots. If you can squeeze this in, I would.
We would like to thank Al and Diana for allowing us to be a part of their special day. You two are truly meant to be and one of our favorite couples.

We also made a slideshow. Enjoy.
