Jennifer and Ryan

These two are such a lovely couple. Jennifer let me know when we first meet that she wanted her engagements to have a European feel because Ryan proposed in Paris (how romantic is that) so of course we headed down to the Canals in Las Colinas.

These two are so much in love and that made their session super easy and fun. I decided to make a collage of the pictures because I had a hard time picking just a few favorites.

I can't wait for their wedding in June.

Chad and Christi

Chad and Christi were married on the Plaza Arts Theatre. It is such a cute venue located in the downtown Carrollton. I loved they had a theme of black and white. It was very elegant and the ladies looked great in their gowns.
Christi made a stunning bride. Her makeup was flawless and her dress was STUNNING.

The ring bearer and flower girl cracked me up all night. They are super cute together. Above is one my favorite pictures I caputred of them.

Update

We wanted to let all of our clients know we are in the process of changing over our online gallery. We made this decision because we can offer more products with the same high quality but more affordable. Over the next week or two you will begin to notice the new online galleries appearing.

Please bear with us as we make this change.

Thanks,
Karey and Shauna

Al and Diana Family Portraits

I meet up with Al and Diana in Downtown Dallas to do some family portraits and their cute doggy. I love getting the cityscape in the background with the red leaves of the trees. Plus the bull run statue is a staple of Dalls.

This was such a beatiful spot. It looks like it is somewhere up in the Northeast and not a location in Texas.

Al and Diana are such a fun and loving couple. Stay tuned for their wedding pictures in Feburary.

Bell Family

Right before Thanksgiving I meet up with the Bell Family in Plano for family portraits. I love doing fall portraits. The changing of the leaves always makes for great photos.

Hilarie and Nathan

Hilarie and Nathan were married on November 15 at the TWU Chapel in the Woods. I love that they choose to get married there. Hilarie is an alumn of TWU so she loved being able to get married at her college's chapel. Hilarie looked gorgeous in her dress and Nathan's jaw dripped when he saw her.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we wanted to take the time to thank all of our brides and grooms this year. This has really be an amazing year for us and we hope all of you are enjoying your new life as husband and wife.

We have also had the opprotunity to photograph families with new additions. Congrats to you and your new bundle of joy.

We have also booked several weddings for next year. We do feel very blessed and we look foward to next year with all of our great clients.

We would also like to thank our families for their continued support and to our husbands. Without them we wouldn't be able to do half of the things we do. Thanks Jeremy and Ray.

Happy Holidays

TWU Dance

I recently had the chance to photograph the dress rehearsal for the TWU Dance Department. I graduated from TWU 4 years ago and it felt like going back to high school being on the campus. I really loved TWU and all of the professors I had but it was bit of a surreal experience.
I have also been a fan of dance and the movement, costumes, and the story that is told. The department is full of very talented dancers and at time I caught myself intuned into the dancing instead of photographing. I had a really hard time narrowing down the photos but I hope you enjoy. Also you should make it out to the next Dance Concert at TWU. You won't be disappointed.
